We offer our clients the same quality service for permanent candidates as we do for our temporary applicants.
All permanent candidates are in-depth interviewed, fully reference checked and required to produce a birth certificate, photograph and proof of address for added security. All candidates will be skill tested.
Should Workforce not be able to select candidates from our permanent staff database, and provided we are the sole Agency, we will advertise the vacancy in the local media.
After short-listing candidates
Workforce would provide the client with curriculum vitae and personal profiles on each person in order that the client can make a final selection for interviewing. Candidates would be issued with full instruction as to where the client was situated and who to see and would attend interview with an introductory letter.
