Cover for holidays, sickness and a sudden influx of business can all be handled easily and efficiently by Workforce Staff Consultants. We charge only for those hours worked.
All Workforce temporary applicants are given an in-depth interview and a personal profile is produced. All applicants are required to supply a career history with five years business references, in some cases this may include University or College.
We also require two character references and the production of a birth certificate plus passport or driving licence, proof of address and photograph as added security. All temporary applicants are skill tested. If at interview applicants do not reach the standard required for our clients they are rejected.
All clients are telephoned during the first morning of a new assignment to make sure our temporary is learning the job quickly and responding to instructions well. Confidential appraisals are sent to Clients at the end of a short assignment and in a long assignment, at the end of the first two weeks, then every twelve weeks thereafter, thus ensuring that our staff are keeping to the high standards Workforce requires.
Workforce will take a detailed job description in order to job match to the exact requirement. In order to comply with ISO 9001, a Workforce Consultant will visit the premises of the Client either before the temporary starts work or within the first 48 hours of an assignment in order to complete a Work Environmental Service Check.
This ensures that temporaries are abiding by the rules and regulations of the Company Health and Safety Officer. This is a security precaution for both Client and Workforce and takes place on a yearly basis to make sure that any changes have been noted.
Temporaries will arrive at assignments with an introductory letter.
