OUR TEN COMMANDMENTS
Workforce will undertake at all times to provide an efficient, prompt,
quality service for both clients and field staff.
Our clients will be offered a tailored quality service to suit their
specific needs.
It is our intention to respond to the needs of our clients, permanent
applicants and field-staff within 15 minutes of a request.
Our administration service will be kept in a proper manner and will be
updated on a daily basis.
Our clients will be offered an 8 hour guarantee should a member of our field-staff
prove unsatisfactory in any way during the first day of their assignment
provided Workforce has been notified in writing within 24 hours of a complaint.
Clients, permanent applicants and field-staff who have a grievance against
Workforce will receive a written response from the Proprietor within 24 hours.
Workforce will operate a Quality Management System compliant with BS EN ISO
9001:2000 to achieve these objectives.
Workforce Staff & Business Agency will ensure that this Quality Policy
is communicated to and fully understood by everyone in the Agency and that it
operates in accordance with the Quality System Procedures.
The Agency will constantly monitor its quality performance and pursues a
policy of continuous improvement to its processes, quality of service and its
Quality Management System. Furthermore this Quality Policy is reviewed for
continuing suitability.
Workforce Staff & Business Agency will keep up-to-date with all relevant
employment legislation provided by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation
and ACAS, utilising these to the best effect for the benefit of their clients.
