PROPRIETOR:  Mrs Margaret McDonach

Duncan Raitt - Manager has overall responsibility for the Rosyth office and its staff, the Technical & Skilled, Industrial and Driving Divisions. He is an astute and highly experienced manager with a background of staff management.  His career has included employment as Project Implementation Manager and for sixteen years as the head of a large warehouse division managing 73 warehouse/stores industrials.  His responsibilities included the export of stock to numerous depots, training of staff, completion of projects within tight deadlines and overseeing drivers from light vans to LGV1. Duncan’s extensive experience within the industrial and administrative fields has been invaluable to the company.

Sally Maclaren - Senior Recruitment Consultant with strong recruitment and quality customer care skills is able to present the excellent recruitment and staffing service Workforce offers to all levels of client management, particularly in office services and catering/hospitality.  She will provide an immediate response to client requirements designating a personal Recruitment Consultant to take responsibility for each new client account.   Sally visits each client at their place of business in order to ensure all staffing requirements are efficiently met. She has experience within a variety of departments where she was able to relate to the requirements of the many different procedures in departmental staffing.  Sally’s commercial working experience and IT skills are invaluable to the company.

Christine Fairfoul – Recruitment Associate has rejoined the Workforce Team after two years away.  She is fully conversant in all administrative areas of our complex office procedures.  Christine is responsible for logging applicants and client confidential files ensuring they are maintained to quality management standards and ready for use by the Recruitment Consultants and Manager.


All company accounts information is gathered and dealt with at the Helensburgh offices.
