PROPRIETOR: Mrs Margaret McDonach Beverly-Ann Leatherby - General Manager, was invited to join Workforce in May 1996 as a Staff Business Consultant. She had an excellent and proven recruitment agency background from employment with Manpower PLC for ten years and with Brook Street Bureau for eight years, based in London as an Area Manager. She was promoted to the position of permanent Area Manager for Workforce in 1998 and General Manager in July 2008 and is fully responsible for the company, reporting solely to the Proprietor. Further responsibilities are not only for the general running of the company in general but the recruitment divisions, business development, in-house recruitment training, recruitment legislation and company procedures and policies. Beverly-Ann is also the company Quality Manager responsible for implementing and maintaining ISO 9002 procedures. She has extensive experience in the recruitment industry of both temporary and permanent staff as well as specialist staff training in recruitment practices. She has worked continually at board management level with high profile client presentations to both new and existing clients. Janette Moorhouse - Senior Recruitment Consultant – came from the position of senior supervisor within community care and as an editorial assistant with a large newspaper group. She has managed a team of over twenty people in the co-ordination of administration and support of clients, liaising between both private accounts and the public sector. She completed her recruitment training well within the normal training time, absorbing the various regulations and procedures required in order to run a successful recruitment department with ease. Janette has a natural ability in dealing with a wide range of applicants and clients, making sure that new registrants meet the criteria needed to register with our agency, job specifications are fully matched to the skills required and responding in a positive manner to client enquiries. Janette is able to work at management level, attending client presentations and meetings where she is able to provide information on Workforce services. Her background of local knowledge issues has been an invaluable to the company. Pat Urquhart - Recruitment Consultant joined us from an international company who work in conjunction with the MoD. She was employed as an HR officer within a Human Resources department and holds a CPP certificate. She has proved to be an asset to Workforce bringing with her in-depth knowledge of HR policies including absence and disciplinary procedures gained from working within such a large company. Pat has been able to assist in tailoring large company procedures towards a smaller commercial company, as well as specialising in ‘competency based’ interviews. She is able to pre-select applicants of all categories from databases and responses received to advertisements, preparing personal profiles from interviews and relating to a wide variety of people using her excellent interpersonal skills. She is able to respond to the immediate needs of clients, attending presentational meetings in order to market the Services our company can provide. Michelle Murray – Recruitment Associate supports the Recruitment Consultants in all aspects of administration, relating to the Recruitment Divisions. This includes liaising with applicants and clients to update details, assisting in the selection of staff with Consultants, setting up job files for specifications, responding to basic queries and problems ensuring that all information received is passed to the appropriate Consultants for action. She further provides secretarial support, attending and participating in daily briefings. Completes all 190 administrative procedures to the Quality Management standards of our accreditation BSEN ISO 9001: 2000, reports any discrepancies immediately to the Quality Manager. Angela O'Neill - Accounts Supervisor responsible for the payment of all temporary staff and company personnel as well as invoicing the clients, She further maintains and updates ledgers, reconciles payments, monitors credit control, prepares banking, preparing and processing both weekly and monthly financial reports, VAT and Tax returns. She further prepares the system for end of year figures for company accountants to audit. Ann-Marie Neil – Payments and Purchase Ledger Administrator working within the accounts department on BACS payments and purchase ledgers. Reconciling invoices against despatch notes and making payments, ensuring that bank statements are up-to-date. PART-TIME & HOLIDAY COVER Colleen Lutwyche – Quality Management Consultant has been a key member of the Helensburgh recruitment team for over four years. Previously she worked for fourteen years in the Service community as a support manager on behalf of the Royal Navy in the Helensburgh area. Her strengths are in people management, career advice and guidance and these atributes together with her administration and interpersonal skills are excellent and due to her background of personnel supervision her in-depth recruitment training programme was fast tracked and now completed. As the senior recruitment consultant she controls the general temporary section attends client visits and presentations and deputises for management in their holiday absence. All company accounts information is gathered and dealt with at the Helensburgh offices. ALL WORKFORCE CONSULTANTS ARE FULLY TRAINED IN RECRUITMENT OFFICE PRACTICES AND BS EN ISO 9001:2000 PROCEDURES.
