Job Description Week-end bar staff required for busy bar area, must be full conversant with the hygiene and safety of bar requirements. Must be fully conversant with wines, beers, spirits and mixers. Must be customer focussed and confident in dealing with a wide range of customers. Must be able to work with electronic tills, stock control and stock ordering. Must be able to take instructions and act upon them accurately. Must be able to change beer barrels and optics.

Hrs:  Sats/Suns

Wk1:  11.00am-4.30

Wk2:  5.00pm - 11.30pm
Qualifications Must be skilled working within busy bar areas.

Bar staff must be fully conversant with the regulations regarding health and hygiene in beverage areas.
Salary TBC
